Returns
Damaged, Defective or incorrect
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Size or unwanted items
Each BOXMUTT item is made to order so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or unwanted items. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements against a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of, rather than relying only on your usual size.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer size exchanges. We recommend reviewing our sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
